Questions you might have
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter is free forever, no card required. Upgrade to Growth when you hit the included cap.
How is a 'verification' counted?
Each completed identity check on a user counts once. Re-checks of the same person within 24 hours are free. KYB business checks are billed separately.
How do I pay?
Card or instant EFT via Paystack — recurring monthly. We also accept invoicing for Enterprise customers (NET30).
What happens if I exceed my quota?
On Growth you keep running and we bill the overage at R6.50 per verification at month-end. We'll email you when you hit 80%, 90%, and 100% of your included quota.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, anytime in the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer non-profit / startup pricing?
Yes — 50% off Growth for the first year for registered non-profits and YC / 500 / TechStars portfolio companies. Email founders@agoditechnologies.com.
